Nicholas Huhn is a filmmaker with a passion for all things experimental and innovative. He is someone that strives on the energy of working with an inspirational collective of artists.
Nicholas is a picture editor, visual effects editor, sound editor, and all around Post-Production enthusiast. In high school, he was involved with the school's television channel as well as a television production class. This is where his passion for filmmaking truly took off. He has since earned his Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art for Film Production from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, as well as his Master's Degree in Fine Art for Film Production from Full Sail University in Orlando. Throughout the years, Nicholas has worked as an editor on dozens of different projects. He was the picture editor and visual effects editor for a myriad of short films. Some notable titles include; Intake (2018), La Diablesse (2018), and Memory Box (2014).
Though his experience resides mostly within the Post-Production world, Nicholas has also held a variety of roles throughout the film industry. He has held positions ranging from production assistant to producer and everything in between. He was director of photography for the horror short Intake (2018) and has written and directed experimental narrative shorts such as Memory Box (2014) and Sleeplessness (2017). Memory Box was an official selection of the Average Superstars Film Festival in Philadelphia. He has also worked as a script supervisor and continuity supervisor on short films such as Mann & Quinn (2017) and Slicker (2017).
Looking forward, Nicholas sees himself collaborating with artists of all media and will strive to draw the art community closer together through his work.
